Metal, wood and wood-based materials are used for a stable substructure. A metal frame is required for functional elements such as the sleeping element. Rigid and robust, the metal frame is supported by a wooden frame made of hardwood and softwood as well as chipboard and plywood.
2. Spring base
Various base springs are installed at NOAH. Steel wave or nosag springs are installed on benches, intermediate elements and chaise longues due to their durability and selective pressure compensation. With sleeping elements and the double bed function, a lattice spring with mattress is installed so that your spine is supported as well as possible during sleep.
3. Back padding
High-quality polyether foam is located above the spring base in the backrest. Elastic, breathable and heat-insulating at the same time, which means that heat is stored well.
4. Basic padding
At NOAH, we use firm cold foam with a medium-firm cold foam padding for the seat upholstery. Cold foam stands for the best flexibility and sinks in exactly where body pressure is exerted. Optionally, the sofa bed can be provided with a flame-retardant basic upholstery.
5. Fine padding
The soft upholstery fleece mat lies as additional fine padding over all built-in foams. The soft padding compensates for any unevenness, rounds off the edges of the foam and gently molds itself to your body shape.
From flat weave to flockable to woven velor and twirl fleece - choose your favorite fabric from over 600 fabrics, colours, patterns and textures. Optionally, we can also individually process your own customer fabric.
The 6.5 centimeter high furniture feet impress with their cube-shaped appearance. Optionally made of plastic in black, metal or wood look or in real beech wood: Decide on your favourite.
There are five different armrest variants to choose from. Armrests with a width of 3, 10, 15 or 20 centimeters can be added to the sofa bed to match your individual configuration, or alternatively you can finish it off with a panel.
