Technical structure & material
1. Frame
A stable base frame is the basis for the upholstery and cover selection on it. Hardwood and softwood for load-bearing elements and chipboard for surfaces ensure the necessary stability.
2. Seat structure
Each living area is equipped with a basic suspension. Steel wave springs, also known as nosag springs, support the sitting comfort from the ground up and yield elastically under pressure. Nosag springs are used in furniture construction due to their durability and dimensional stability.
3. Basic padding
The basic comfort of the Nosag spring base is supplemented by high-quality polyether foam with a soft cold foam pad. This construction is both dimensionally stable and particularly soft and elastic when sitting down. Seat upholstery with cold foam with a fixed degree of hardness or a flame-retardant basic upholstery is also available as an option to the standard version.
4. Back padding
The backrest is upholstered with polyether foam, whereby attention is paid to the usual SYMPHONIC quality. Typical of polyether foam Its long-term elasticity and dimensional stability. The open pore structure ensures a pleasant room climate, which allows good ventilation.
5. Fine padding
