1. Frame

Solid wood in the base frame is a sure guarantee for robust stability. Hardwood is used for the entire body. The natural material guarantees long-term stability and solid robustness.

2. Seat structure

Flexible and comfortable in many layers, the basic spring base is the basic requirement for constant seating comfort. Flexible when sitting down and yet stable in shape over many years, steel wave springs (NOSAG) have the necessary properties.

3. Backrest

Under the foam layer you will find the covering with padded straps in the backrest. Specially tailored to the needs when sitting, they give way elastically without you sinking too far into the back padding.

4. Back padding

Comfortable to lean on and elastic for your back: All in all simply comfortable. High-quality polyether foam is used for the backrest due to these material-typical advantages. It also convinces with good ventilation.

5. Basic padding

High-quality cold foam is used for the core upholstery of the seat. This is available for BOSA in a fixed degree of hardness. In addition, an optional cold foam variant with flame-retardant properties can be selected.

6. Fine padding

A soft, thermally bonded padding fleece mat made of polyester fibers is used for the fine upholstery. The padding fleece is a protective layer that is attached between the cover and the foam and is the last padding under the cover fabric. The seat is well padded and unevenness is compensated. In addition, the mat gives the seat a fuller appearance and improves seating comfort.
