1. Frame

A robust base frame forms the basis of BEVITO and keeps the entire club furniture in a stable shape. Solid beech wood is used for production, which easily withstands everyday stress and is characterized by a special stability.

2. Seat structure

The basis of the seat suspension are NOSAG steel wave springs. As part of the substructure, these are attached to the wooden frame and hold the upholstery in position. In addition, the spring steel wire enables a slightly springy sitting position.

3. Backrest

Polyether foam in the backrest has proven to be ideal for leaning against. It yields to pressure and is extremely dimensionally stable at the same time. In addition, air can circulate unhindered through the fine pores of the material, creating a comfortable seating climate. Optionally, the club furniture can be equipped with cold foam with a medium degree of hardness or a flame-retardant basic upholstery.

4. Basic padding

The seating area is padded with high-quality polyether foam. The so-called honeycomb structure gives the foam above-average resilience and dimensional stability.

5. Fine padding

An upholstery fleece mat under the upholstery fabric ensures a smooth transition between core upholstery and cover. The surface is thus padded in a balanced way, unevenness is evened out and possible edges are rounded off.

6. Cover

Be inspired by our wide range of upholstery materials and choose supple faux leather or finely textured fabric for your new sofa according to your wishes and style. Various haptics and color nuances give you the necessary freedom for individual design.

7. Feet

A selection of different foot variants round off the overall package. Classic wooden feet in beech or oak and a large selection of wood stains give you a wide range of design options.
